Evaila ("we," "us") is an AI adoption consulting firm based in the Austin, Texas area. This policy describes what information we collect through evaila.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple because our data practices are simple: we collect only what you choose to give us.

Information we collect

Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we receive the name, phone number, email address, and message you provide. Submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and delivered to us by email so we can respond to your inquiry.

Newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored with MailerLite, the service we use to send it. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Technical information. Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, which may include IP addresses, for security and operations. We do not run analytics trackers or advertising pixels on this site.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, to deliver the newsletter you asked for, and for no other purpose. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate this site: Netlify (hosting and form processing), MailerLite (newsletter delivery), and Google Fonts (typeface loading). Each processes only the data needed to provide its service.

Data retention

We keep contact-form correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our business records. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices and rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@evaila.com. We will respond promptly.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
